I didn’t come up with ANY mentors, a roadmap, or a safety net. I had to figure things out the hard way. I was homeless at 14, learning how to survive before I ever learned how to dream. Photography wasn’t just a hobby for me, it was the first thing I truly believed in & THE ONE THING THAT FULLY ACCEPTED ME.
The camera gave me direction.
Documentation gave me purpose.
As I grew, I realized something powerful:
creativity can create opportunity, but only when paired with intention, structure, and discipline. I didn’t have access to real guidance, and the few spaces I found were ALL pay-to-play & focused on profit instead of people… INCOME OVER IMPACT.
So I built what I didn’t have.
PNG University exists for photographers who feel lost, underestimated, or unsupported at any stage IN THEIR JOURNEY. This is a place for growth, accountability, and real mentorship. A place where wins are celebrated, mistakes are learned from, and no one looks down on anyone else.
My mindset is simple: each one, teach one.
